You get what you pay for
6.0The place has potential, but looks look it has been badly managed. The day to day staff was lovely and helpful, shout out to the front desk, kitchen staff and housekeeping even though they forget to leave towels and toilet paper when cleaning your room😂😂😂.
− The water supply was on and off throught the day and when you had water you were lucky to have hot water. The wifi also was really unstable. Like they say "You get what you pay for"

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.
Extra beds or child's cot/crib may be available upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
