10.0Good location for shopping, eating places and banks. Nice spacious comfortable room, with laundry service. Helpful staff. Good breakfast with cooked veg food, cereals, toast, beverages and cut fruit.

Good place to stay, some enhancements necessary
8.0Service from staff was generally pretty good. Just the one off person at reception who seemed disinterested. Had an issue with WiFi and needed to chase a few times to resolve. Managers are good when a request is raised with them. The rooms look tired and need upgrading including bed linen and bathroom furniture. Overall I did enjoy my stay as the service and environment is good. Thanks to Mr. Prashanta for making my stay at Ramada enjoyable.
