Better communication between staff and management
8.0Once we were inside the hotel, everything was 1st class. The bed was comfortable. The room layout was perfect, very spacious. The decor was beautiful.
− We arrived around midnight on 7/19. The young girl who checked us in had no idea that we needed a code to get into the parking garage. She told us to park in the small parking lot where deliveries are made. There were alot of weird people walking around. My family and I felt unsafe. I walked to the parking garage "entry box" which had a note stating that we needed a code in order for us enter. I was very disappointed the young girl who checked us in didn't know anything about it. I had to walk back into the hotel to tell her I needed a code, which she gave me. I was then able to enter the parking garage where I felt safe.
Don’t stay here
2.0Way overpriced for what it was. Paid almost $500 for one night! Had horrible. Tenor parking garage. Left 2 messages for manager, Sheri Vasquez, who never returned call. Bad service.
Felt like vacation
10.0We really liked the size of our room and of course that it was clean! The hotel is in a great location and we were able to walk around to find food and it was easy access to the highways. There was also a parking garage that was so great since it was summer time in Texas.

Not the best experience by far. And we've stayed at alot of places going to my classes.
6.0Was not told there was a breakfast. The location was fine
− The ac didn't work the first day but staff brought fans. Took them to the wrong room until I finally called again 2 hours later. Then we got them. Was fixed the second day. The WiFi didn't work so they had us call tech support but that didn't help. We even paid for the better internet which never worked. The Hotspot on our phones was better. Not the best experience by far.
