10.0The pool needed some tlc so I didn't use it which is one of the reasons o got the hotel but other than that everything else was great

2.0Indoor pool, breakfast on site. Friendly front desk.
− We had 2 rooms. First room not finished cleaning when we went in. Smelled very strongly of cleaning solution, overwhelming. Towel on floor near bed. Beds looked like they were made then pillow was smooshed like someone laid on it. Moved to another room. 2nd room, light at bed didn’t work. Open bag of chips in cabinet, used napkin on top of cabinet. Beds looked clean so we stayed. It was just for overnight. Other room: broken lamp. Bathroom lock broken.

− The rooms were outdated. The beds were not clean. The bed had bedbugs . The light didn’t work . The room didn’t have a door knob . The pool timer didn’t work. Overall not what I expected from a Laquinta Inn
Broken AC and Rude Staff
2.0The AC and front desk agent was rude and the AC was broken in all rooms multiple guest where checking out upon arrival. I would never stay at the location staff was not helpful.
