1.0− Wij kregen een kamer met 2 ramen dat uitkwamen op een binnentrappenhal, dus geen verluchting of licht van buiten uit. Wij kwamen om 22u ‘s avonds aan met twee kleine kinderen, wij zijn dus nog kunnen vertrekken naar huis (wij moesten 2 uur rijden hiervoor). Blijven was geen optie aangezien ik een ernstige vorm van claustrofobie heb. Op geen enkele foto of in omschrijving vind je iets terug van deze kamer zonder ramen. Bovenop was het ook nog eens heel vuil, de badkamer lag vol met haren. Ik heb meteen een berichtje gestuurd naar hun maar er was totaal geen begrip of empathie langs hun kant.
