Au vu du prix excessif que nous avons payé, cet hôtel ne vaut absolument pas la peine et le rapport qualité-prix est tou
2.0Le seul point positif est l’emplacement. À côté de la fontaine de Trevi, très pratique pour les visites.
− Notre chambre se trouvait dans un deuxième immeuble, très ancien et particulièrement mal entretenu. À notre arrivée, on nous a amené dans une chambre qui ne correspondait absolument pas aux photos publiées sur Booking : des taches partout, un manque évident de propreté et un état général très décevant. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre en raison du nombre excessif d’escaliers. Malheureusement, la deuxième chambre était tout aussi décevante, avec d’énormes taches au plafond, des équipements rouillés et des installations très vétustes. L’établissement ne correspond absolument pas aux photos ni aux attentes. Expérience très décevante, je déconseille fortement cet hôtel.
