10.0I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was busy and buzzing with activity yet everything was exceptionally well organised, making for a seamless and enjoyable experience. The bell staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to assist, while the reception team was warm, engaging, and genuinely cheerful throughout my stay. The hotel provided the perfect balance of energy and comfort, allowing me to stay productive during my work while also feeling relaxed and well looked after. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travellers.
