8.0The excellent service from all staff. Especially our server name Elavdio at breakfast buffet restaurant. We picked Junior suite, the room has sufficient space and is cozy and comfortable.

10.0A great hotel with super friendly staff. Great location, really nice and friendly service. In particular Claudio, who served us at the breakfast buffet. After two days he knew our preferences for coffee and eggs and treated us as if we had come there to stay for years. We loved the hotel and can only recommend it.
