9.0The resort itself is a wonderful design!! ...the private-like hot tub- nice!! Security staff after hours were very hospitable. The location of the resort/ condo was ideal.. About eight or less minute bike ride to Grace Bay...much preferred over the closer Leeward of which you get an extended golf car ride to this beach Leeward if needed. The Atrium is away from the main street/ downtown core but yet close to get to.

− Our room faced the elevator. We ran out of toilet paper and soap. The safe didn’t work. They came to look at it and said they’d be back but never came. Lots of mosquitoes in the room and my husband had 30+ bites!
Quiet and comfortable and would certainly stay again.
8.0Well equipped kitchen and great washing machine and tumble dryer meant no laundry to do after going home! Underground dedicated parking was also great if you have a rental car.
− The apartment I stayed in had no view and looked out onto a corridor, so curtains had to be always drawn to maintain some privacy.
