4.0− We had to ask for clean towels . Sheet change was left for the guest to make the bed. Sponge for washing dishes was used and dirty. In room coffee for espresso machine had to be purchased. No bathing soap . Many , many rules like cleaning the refrigerator, throwing out the garbage ( outside) , cleaning dishes all left up to the guest to do . You ask yourself what service did the hotel provide???
