A great place to stay in sunny Busselton
9.0The accommodation was great, and service friendly.
− The car parking arrangements are ridiculous, if you are going to leave unit numbers on the parks, enforce the use of the numbers!

10.0Clean modern accommodation, close to beach and walking path. Loved the restaurant and pools. Also loved that cars are parked away from the accommodation kids could safely wander around without the worry of cars.
Unfortunately there was a problem gaining entry to our apartment .. lock on door faulty.

Valid photo ID and a physical credit card are required to check-in (credit/debit cards on phones are insufficient). The ID and the reservation details should be identical.
A small card surcharge will be applicable to all electronic transactions. These surcharges are: 1.35% for Visa and Mastercard payments, and 2.5% for Amex and UnionPay payments.
Reception hours are Monday-Saturday 08:00 to 18:00 Sundays & Public Holidays 09:00 to 17:00. If arriving after reception closes, please notify the Resort so late-arrival instructions can be provided.
Please be advised that bookings involving five or more rooms may be subject to different cancellation and deposit policies.
Pet Program: While the Resort welcomes pets for most of the year, dogs are not allowed during peak periods such as Easter, April School Holidays, and Christmas and January School Holidays. Guides Dogs are welcome year-round. To ensure a smooth experience, guests are kindly requested to inform and confirm their pet's stay in advance of their arrival. Please note that additional pet fees will be applicable.
