8.0We had great expectations, but was a little disappointed. There was a lot of families staying at this hotel. The room looked a little old. There was no complimentary water nor coffee in the room. The dinner and breakfast buffet was ok. But there are more romantic hotels in the area if you want to Bring your spouse for a treat.

6.0O hotel realmente é muito bonito, as águas, as vilas, porém é um hotel um pouco mais antigo. Os quartos são confortáveis e bem limpos, camas confortáveis, porém são estruturas não muito novas. Porém o ponto de atenção fica para o restaurante. Fechei meia-pensão e a variedade das comidas não eram tão boas, pelo nível do hotel, por ser 5 estrelas. A qualidade era ok, mas a variedade baixa. O café da manhã as tapiocas/omeletes demoravam bastante a sair, mesmo com o hotel bem vazio, normalmente apenas uma pessoa servindo. Outro ponto de atenção é o atendimento na praia. Fiquei nas barracas na areia e diversas vezes tive que levantar para fazer um pedido. Os garçons ficam na área da piscina e só consegui pedir para eles quando, por sorte, estavam passando para entregar algo nas barracas ao lado. Uma sugestão seria deixar um garçom dedicado para essa área da praia, que é lindíssima e atrai muito os hóspedes, e inclusive tem uma otima estrutura do proprio hotel de barracas, cadeiras e espreguiçadeiras, porém o atendimento deixa a desejar. A área da piscina é boa, bem suportada pelo bar molhado e o restaurante ao lado

6.0Infelizmente tivemos alguns problemas No quarto e no Servico prestado. Ar Condicionado estava pingando so foram consertar no dia seguinte o que gerou transtorno os servicos de alimentacao com o nosso bb tambem teve demora de mais de uma hora para um hotel desse nivel de 4 Estrella’s e meia ficou muito a desejar
