6.0Terrible smell in the hallway, no milk for coffee, cleaners knocking on door to see if your checking out that day at 9:20, bed was the normal two beds together but the mattress felt old as it was lumpy and not straight

6.0Very disappointed with my stay. Bathroom floor was dirty the bath mat was black after the shower. . I could not shower alone as I could not open the shower door. Very dangerous. The bed was soft and uncomfortable. The lady at the front desk berated my partner on the 3rd day when he helped himself to the complimentary sweets saying 'they cost me money you know'. This was despite her insisting on the 1st day to help ourselves. Will not be staying here again. Very different to the Centro Apartments in Oaka Lane we previously stayed at

6.0Curtains torn and stained. Hung inside out to hide worst of staining. Shower door sticks closed and hard to open. Used soap from previous occupant left in the shower. Soap holder missing from the shower. Carpet stained. Chair broken.
