Magnífico lugar para desconectar y relajarse. Habitación grande, muy limpia y camas muy cómodas. Desayuno y comidas con mucha variedad y buenísimo todo. Muy amable y competente todo el personal, recepcionistas, camareras de pisos, mantenimiento y personal del restaurante. Me dió mucha alegría volver a ver al socorrista, siempre atento a los huéspedes hasta en lo que no es su trabajo y me ha dado pena no ver a Curro de mantenimiento. La piscina muy grande, limpia y con varias alturas. Tengo que agradecer el esfuerzo que hicieron tanto los recepcionistas como las camareras de pisos para poder darme una habitación que pedí al llegar y que no es la que tenía asignada porque mi enfermedad necesitaba estar más cerca de todo al no poder andar mucho. Es el segundo año que voy, y si tengo algo claro, es que seguiré yendo siempre. Un millón de gracias a todos por hacerme la estancia más fácil y cómoda para mi enfermedad, de corazón.

Very disappointing stay - not 4 stars in any way

The pool area was very big and clean. Reception area was neat and well presented

− Service was awful. No one cares. On arrival there was no explanation of where things were or when any of the facilities were open. The bottles in the shower needed refilling and was requested on Tues but still not done on Thurs. The balcony and chairs were filthy and we requested it to be cleaned on Tues, the only thing that has happened on Thurs is someone else's beer bottle has finally been removed from the balcony! The pool is lovely and big but was only open from 11am till 8pm. The reception area is well presented but that's where it ends. No swim up bar as advertised and shown in their photos. In fact we were told we could get a drink there but it is stacked with old crates and boxes and 2 big speakers!! It looks awful and there is no one serving drinks from there. You can't get a drink around the pool as there are no waiters offering this so you have to go into the main bar and order and bring it back yourself. We tried for 15 minutes to buy an ice cream and were told to go here and there and then given a menu with much less choice than the menu they were displaying in the pool bar!! General walk ways were run down and uncared for. Very very disappointing and no where near 4 star. The portions of food in the restaurant were small and poor quality and service minimal. Tennis court nets broken and unkempt. Shower door couldn't open easily as it was badly designed next to the toilet. Zero security as anyone can walk into the complex. Gates open. Overall would not recommend at all. It is not what is expected from 4 stars at all

The staff at reception, in the restaurant and the drivers of the cabbies were all charming

Breakfast was very good.There was a great variety of choice

− The menu in the restaurant was rather limited ..I also found it difficult to find my room .If management would put up signs in the different areas pointing out the way to the different rooms it would be more user friendly. Resurfacing of the area would also be a bonus
