10.0What was there not to like? From the very beginning greeting as we entered the hotel to drop off luggage until check in was ready the staff was accommodating, friendly, and helpful. It made an immediate good impression. The lounge was lovely with orange and lemon water available. They also provide a winter garden that has AC, a lounge, tea, and coffee. My husband and I were on honeymoon and booked a suite overlooking the mountains. Jaw dropping. The windows and view were spectacular with a little seating area to enjoy it. A tub with soaking salts and a rain shower. The beds were very comfortable. This has been our favorite stay of the trip and one of our favorite towns we visited in our 2 weeks in Switzerland. Highly reccomend this hotel (a couple nights at LEAST) and explore the beautiful city of Thun!

9.0Frühstücks Buffet am 1.Morgen...Top..die Dame war sehr gut hat alles auch um halb 10 aufgefüllt .am 2. Morgen war der Kellner überfordert...hat das Meiste gefehlt...Fragte um Speck hat es vergessen und hatte kaum noch Brötchen ,,Orangensaft , und vieles mehr wurde nicht mehr aufgefüllt...Schade aber wir kommen sicher wieder...Sonst alles sehr gut

Perfect Place to Stay in Lake Thun
10.0Outstanding location, easy to walk everywhere but not loud. Spacious room and bathroom. Perfect, would stay there again without hesitation.

Please note that the restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
When traveling by car please take the exit Thun Nord from the A6, follow direction center, Bernstrasse, Kyburgsstrasse and then to the Rathausplatz.This property is located in a busy area so guests might experience some noise.
