5.0De inrichting
− De prijskwaliteit verhouding was ver te zoeken. Dis is geen 5* hotel maar eerder 4*. Ik kies bewust voor een thermen hotel voor de rust maar als de thermen tot laat in de avond met kinderen is kun je weinig rust vinden. Het eten is mager, wel keuze maar niet zoals je in een 5* ziet. Maar als je alles lust is het prima. Hygiene regels zijn ver te zoeken, mensen die met hun vingers in het eten zit of kinderen. En er wordt gewoon niets gezegd. De medewerkers zijn het eigenlijk ook beetje zat, er is geen duidelijke naleving van de regels. Een ober die Emre heet heeft fantastisch geholpen. Het zijn allemaal kleine details maar een plastic zeeppompjes in de wc ruimtes hoort niet. In het restaurant de tafels afvegen met een vies geel doekje hoort niet. Kortom prima hotel maar geen prijs kwaliteit verhouding

2.0Very good spa facilities
− A 5 stars hotel with ZERO INTERNET is unacceptable. I have reported this multiple times and they didnt do anything. Breakfast is very expensive and bad value for money, plenty of options but quality of food is very low Very disappointed.
