− Beds are so old and sheets were filthy with yellowish blankets, really old. The mattress was very uncomfortable.

− I have stayed at plenty of Hyatt's which is why I booked them. This is by far the most outdated one I have stayed at. The couch was filthy and smelled horrible. The windows were dirty. The ottoman had stains on it. I am a neat freak so I went and bought my own cleaning supplies to clean the room. If you're looking for the convenience of a place in the middle of downtown, this is a great spot. If you're looking for an updated, clean room, go elsewhere. The best part of my stay was the night staff members, they were awesome. .
