10.0The owners were nice. Explained what we needed to know. The room was nice and private. All in all, pretty good.
Clean but not without issues.
6.0The property was clean but the bathroom door didn't close properly as it was swollen. I managed to shut it but then couldn't open it again, thankfully my daughter pushed it from the outside to let me out! The toilet cistern also kept filling and wouldnt stop, we'd to wedge the ballcock so we could sleep.

4.0Failed to warn me that the roads were closed so diversion was extremely long. Hot water did not come through (it was 06:30), so I left without a shower or shave.

10.0Walking distance from World Resort Arena and Birmingham International train station. Super convinient if yiu are attending a concert or event nerby. Price is extremely low considering for the area. Ower is super nice and had no problem reaching him to sort out payment issue. Highly recommend 👌
Rude Unhelpful Staff
2.0This accommodation CANCELLED my booking as my planned arrival time was anticipated after last check in at 9pm due to my travel arrangements. They actually cancelled my booking at 3.30pm - last check in was 9pm. I was given no opportunity to change my travel plans (which I could have done). The staff left me in a very difficult position having to find alternative accommodation at extremely short notice. Shocking and offensive behaviour from the staff and extremely inconvenient. Also extremely unhelpful about refunding the cost of my cancelled accommodation which I still have not received.
