6.0The room and bathroom were large and the bed comfortable. The Toilet wasn't spotless when we arrived, which put me off. The bedside lamps were too small.

6.0+ ample parking + convenient + fabulous bar and large restaurant + tea, coffee, biccies in room - property does not open until 3.30pm - shower pressure was not very good (we were on the top floor) - roomsnot soundproof. Couldn't hear the pub but could hear other guests at night

Great hotel in a beautiful location
10.0An excellent location for a walking weekend. Check in from 3.30 only but there’s lovely walks from the village to keep you busy. Check in was good with a friendly welcome. The room was comfortable and clean. You cloud hear the owl in the woods at night it was such a peaceful location. We had a wonderful evening meal, a little more than we might pay at home but it was beautifully cooked and value for money. Breakfast was equally delicious. I had the superfood breakfast. Sourdough toast. Smoked salmon poached egg scattered with mixed seeds. Lovely. Great service excellent night away.
