8.0- Francesca, Salim and the lovely woman who made coffe during most breafasts - .Siete fantastici! - the salt water pool was great (but you needed to pay a minimum of 20 EUR to get access.
− - THE POOL WAS NOT INCLUDED! If you don't want to pay 20 EUR/person to get access to the pool, don't book this hotel. Outrageous! - The AC was not good. The coldest you could have the AC on was 25.6 -26.0°C. Not sufficient, at all, unfortunately. No good sleep. - the hotel was very worn down. Not what we expected for a four star hotel that costs quite a lot - No information about the free bikes. We learned that during our last day, when leaving. - The prices for food at the hotel did not meet the expectations. Pricey. - No door in one of the double rooms for the shower. Very odd. - We needed to ask the staff to remove used glasses and trash. Also very odd..
