9.0Polite and nice staff, very clean and well kept
− Just, at times, staff speaking loudly early or late in the day abd a door closing loudly at times
Decent stay but would have better if the front office people had been more receptive

− Reception staff could be friendlier and more understanding of customer needs Was adamant about not giving 2 key cards in double occupancy saying it is management policy

− Main issue was no hot water after about 10am.
