Perfectly located and a very well presented accommodation and hosted by a very friendly couple.
10.0The location is perfectly situated with LYNMOUTH. The hosts Steve and Lorna did everything to ensure our stay was both comfortable and enjoyable, nothing was too much trouble. They were very friendly and made every effort to ensure our stay was as we had hoped. The accommodation had everything we needed for our short stay including an extensive bar. The breakfast was first class. We will return sometime in the future. Highly recommended.

10.0Location was perfect. Breakfast was great. Felt very welcomed on arrival. Sun terrace was wonderful in the evening at sunset. On site parking. Will definitely be back…👍🏻

Great location and friendly staff
8.0Location and staff were great. Friendly and welcoming. Lovely garden terrace overlooking the river and sea.
− Found there wasn't much storage in our room. Most things had to keep in our bags. Car park is very awkward. Much better using the public car park down the road.
