− O ponto negativo não é do hotel em si, e sim da cidade de São Paulo que é barulhenta 24h, mas isso não incomoda na hospedagem dentro do quarto.

Overall a great experience
10.0Excellent experience at check in. The housekeeping was top class! Maria and Serena endured that the room was slick and span every day. They were efficient, friendly and courteous.

10.0Very nice stay. Housekeeping staff exceptional- especially like to thank Maria Tomas and Sirena for keeping our room lovely and clean . Have stayed here multiple times whilst visiting our daughter and always happy with our room and the service.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
