4.0The lobby smelled like animal urine and smoke. The room was cleaned but also smelled so, so bad. Again animal urine, smoke....I dont know but it really ruins the hotel. I have spent less at nice hotels.

2.0The staff was nice, but the whole hotel was dirty. We were looking forward to the pool. It wasn’t working. We were looking forward to a breakfast. There wasn’t any the area was very isolated. Broken glass and trash outside, not appealing at all the air conditioning barely work. The gym wasn’t working no equipment online. It says that all these amenities were included. There were none.

10.0We stayed for two nights. Clean, fresh. I recommend it.
Cleanliness and useablility.
4.0Bed was comfy. Everywhere you went smelt like smoke. The bath tub was dirty and could be resealed. Some of the wiring was faulty and certain outlits didnt work.
