Özetle memnun kaldık, özellikle konum, temizlik, ilgi gayet iyi.
8.0Konumu çok iyi. Kahvaltısı da güzel. Sorunları takip, ilgi, bilgilendirme, sorunu çözme anlayışı ve personelin takibi gayet güzel.
− Oda duvara bakıyordu. Kanal tarafında olsa daha iyi olurdu. Aile rezervasyonu yaptırmıştık, özellikle çocukların da olduğu ve oda da geçirilen vaktin de önemli olduğu düşünülürse, ayrıca belirtilmese dahi bunların gözetilmesinde yarar olduğunu düşünüyorum. Ama bu genel anlamda memnuniyetimizi çok etkilemedi, sadece bundan sonrası için bir değerlendirme olarak yazıyorum. Özellikle otelin mesajla sorması, ilgisi, hemen dönmesi, talebe cevap vermesi gayet olumlu, çok az otelde gördüğüm bir şey.
