10.0Absolument tout ! C'est tout simplement le plus bel hôtel où nous ayons séjourné durant tout notre séjour au Laos. C'est un endroit magnifique extrêmement bien entretenu avec des hébergements typiques très confortables et des commodités que nous n'avons retrouvé nulle part ailleurs : le ménage est assuré plusieurs fois par jour, le personnel prépare la chambre pour le coucher, des bouteilles d'eau sont constamment mises à disposition dans la chambre et le petit déjeuner était délicieux. Coup de cœur pour la piscine qui est intimiste, avec un service de bar très élégant assuré tout au long de la journée. Bravo au personnel et merci pour votre hospitalité !
− Petit bémol pour le restaurant qui n'est pas à la hauteur de la qualité de service de la globalité de l'hôtel car ni moi ni mon conjoint n'avons apprécié le plat. En revanche, le service était parfait

10.0Hotel historique avec une tre belle decoration.Belle vegetation autour de la piscine. Personnel dévoué. Tres bon petit déjeuner avec baguette,beurre et croissants frais. Le chauffeur Kam,tres gentil et parle bien l anglais.
− Les repas du soir au restaurant .dragonfly Tres cher ( 12 dollar la grande bouteille de perrier,alors que nous voulions une simple eau gazeuse du Laos). Pas au niveau de qualité culinaire. Excellente presentation et service du restaurant
