Title: Misleading “All Inclusive” – Only Breakfast

I booked this hotel through Hotels.com as All Inclusive, which clearly stated that meals and drinks were included. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the booking only covered breakfast only. There were no inclusive drinks, no lunch or dinner, and no minibar access. I contacted Hotels.com, and they confirmed that my booking should have included full meals and drinks. The issue has been escalated to their resolution team. The hotel itself is clean and the staff were polite, but the description of the package was misleading and caused inconvenience and extra costs. Posting this so other travelers are aware — double-check what’s included before booking.

Our flight arrived quite late, and we were warmly welcomed by the person at the reception desk. The hotel staff is always very kind and smiling, which is a very positive point. The bedding is very comfortable, and the room is pleasant. The hotel is located in town on a rather busy street, so it can be noisy. Fortunately, once closed, the sliding glass door of the balcony insulates very well from the noise. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient. On the downside, the soundproofing between rooms is really insufficient: on the first night, the neighbors were quite noisy, and it was possible to follow their conversation. It should be noted that the staff does not speak French. So brush up on your Spanish... or English! In conclusion: the hotel’s location is very convenient — plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, a bus stop almost right in front of the main entrance, and a beautiful beach about twenty minutes away on foot.

El alojamiento en general Bien. Buenas vistas, buena ubicación. El trato de los trabajadores excelente. Solo que las habitaciones no tienen nada de insonorización Cualquier ruido parece que están dentro de tu habitación. El desayuno bien.

Tolles Hotel, sauber, freundliche Mitarbeiter, älterer Möbelstiel aber sehr hübsch, einfache Zimmer aber mit tollen Ausblick/ Sonnenuntergang/ Terrasse, Frühstück war ok…

Dårlig rom

Helt ok, men fikk rom nederst i bygning/ kjeller og det var merkbar lukt av fukt/ sopp. Vi var 2 dager så ville klaget om vi skulle vært lenger. Grei frokost med mye utvalg men varm mat kunne vært varmere. Basseng området bra og god mat i bar. Veldig lite basseng. Hotell nær butikker og resturanter.
