10.0Been staying since the beginning at it feels more like a home. Friendly and professional staff. Restaurant staff Kamal, Raju and others are always attentive to diners needs.
Excellent Service and Food.
10.0Head Chef Mr. Ganesh did an excellent job with the delicious food and the service was extremely delightful. We were glad to have done our event at Four Points.
Amazing food at Rasa
10.0This is only for the restaurant service. Great food and great service by Priyanka and Rahul. The key is to reach early for the buffet to be able to enjoy.
Good hotel but some departments run down
6.0Location and the old staff that we are used to
− New staff very courteous but lack training Room air conditioning was a major set back as the cooling was getting switched off every night by 2.00 am possibly a power saving initiative. We have been staying here regularly for over 10 years and never faced such issues
