− Room was dirty, smelled like a dogs anal glands, dog hair all over the bed, smelled like mildew in the room, bed is broken

5.0Friendly staff, ideal location, nice amenities (pool/hot tub, complimentary fresh coffee in the a.m), beautiful and clean lobby area.
− My family rented a King suite.. the room was dated and in dire need of a refresh. There was black mold on the bathroom wall, a broken pocket door--making privacy in the king suite non existent, wall trim was peeling and in need of sanding and repainting. Room 414 just really needs some love and attention to bring it back up to the standard my family was expecting. Additionally, the king bed was so incredibly hard it made sleeping uncomfortable.
Old outdated rooms. I would definitely not return.
3.0The location is good. Two restaurants are attached to the property.
− Very outdated rooms. Dirty wallpaper: chipped old furniture; rusted bathtub faucets..The rooms need a total renovation and people should NOT be charged top dollar. There are other much better hotels in the area..such as the Holiday Inn close by.

10.0The staff offered us an upgrade and that was very thoughtful and kind. The resteraunt attached was lovely. Great location!
− In our upgraded room, the room/bed was extremely warm upstairs and we ended up needing to switch back to a suite with one level. Also, TV's you could not mirror your own Netflix. (google screening would be appreciated)
