7.0The view from our room and the property. Old-age charm and legacy.
− The service at front desk and restaurant was cold and unfriendly. I've seen much better hospitality in 5-star hotels. Given the remote location, I expected a warmer welcome and better food. The food was a letdown. I’ve stayed in colder, more isolated parts of Sikkim that served much better meals with more variety and pleasant attitude. Basic items like room slippers were not provided. While the property has a nice vintage charm, it fails to provide the basic comfort and warmth of a luxury resort where guests spend extra to enjoy themselves.
We would be coming there again !!

5.0Heritage hotel with a view
− The property is quite old and not properly maintained. There is no air conditioner and flies inside the room. The windows are broken and dust is everywhere. If you complain, they keep saying it is a heritage hotel.
