− Floors were dirty in the room and hallways. Black hair on the floor. Mentioned to staff - nothing was done.

6.0They have all the elements of a great hotel but the staff let them down. The breakfast was good.
− Pleasant staff but poor English and not that keen to serve. Started cleaning instead of making drinks. They have no idea of cocktail making.a blue Hawaii is not yellow! Had to be reminded of orders. No pool towels and the poolman grabbed some dirty ones from the gym floor for my grand kids. He thought that was fine. Housekeeping do not clean, they merely change linens . You have to request toilet paper and tissues. I think the staff need better training and supervision. Photos after cleaning.

According to the requirements under Vietnamese law, clients must present their Identification Papers/ Passport of each passenger and children must provide their ID card or birth certificate at check-in.
Room rate is based on 2 adults only. Maximum 2 children under 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. Any additional child will be charged an extra fee.
Children from 6-11 years old will be charged VND 125,000/night/child for breakfast directly at the reception upon check-in when using existing beds.
Children from 12 years old and above should be considered as adult, extra bed inclusive breakfast is 400.000 VNĐ/ night for the buffet breakfast. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. Guests are to pay the surcharge at the reception upon check-in.
