− Les wc ont coulé pendant tout notre séjour, la télé ne fonctionne pas, la propreté laisse a désirer,pas de savon dans le distributeur de la douche 🥴

7.0Das Restaurant war Spitze! Das Essen von herausragender Qualität. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail präsentiert. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet im Hotel, üppig und vielseitig.
− Das Niveau des Hotels passt irgendwie nicht zum Niveau des Restaurants. Es sind die kleinen Dinge...da fehlen Handtücher und Seife. Beides wurde natürlich ergänzt. Aber warum der Service die Seife am nächsten Tag wieder weggenommen hat, verstehen wir nicht. Die Kloschüssel hat auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen.

Ruhige Lage, mit Charme
9.0Ruhige Lage in den Weinbergen, sehr gutes Essen im nahegelegenen Restaurant, Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber mit Charme, Frühstück ok. Räder in der versperrbaren Garage, leider ohne Steckdose. 5 km mit dem Rad am Radweg nach Colmar.
− Das WC ist definitiv zu klein, man kommt kaum hinein und hinaus.
