10.0Staff were exceptionally polite and willing to help. Breakfast was delicious. Room is spacious and clean. It was a little warm to sleep in, however, that could be personal choice.

10.0Room was extremely small, no closet, just a bed, small table and chair fit in the room. Bathroom was also small but updated.
Early checkout at 11am
8.0Beautiful hotel. Lovely staff. The only thing I was really disappointed with was we were told on check-in that we had to check out at 11am. As we checked in late after 9pm on the day we arrived, we asked if we could avail of late 1pm checkout. We were told they couldn't facilite this and that checkout was 11am and not 12pm. It's a little early compared to most hotels in Ireland that offer a standard 12pm checkout. It would put me off staying again.
