9.0The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and of a decent size. The floor heating by the bed was great, especially since it was so cold during my stay.

6.0The place is in a very quiet & quite secure gated community. Secluded & ideal place for a little hideaway in the city.
− Had issues with one member of staff, thought I was joking but took everything wrongly & despite my apology wasn't accepted & I was not comfortable thereafter & for that reason, I will not be going back there.
