− Deje el cargador de teléfono en el dormitorio, y en el transcurso de la tarde lo fui a buscar y no estaba, y estoy completamente seguro que lo deje en la habitación , ya que lo primero que pensé antes al despertar es que no olvidar que tengo el cargador del teléfono iPhone

Mala experiencia no es lo que esperaba según la publicidad.
2.0El estacionamiento gratis y cama de habitación.
− Llegué a la habitación y la cuna no estaba instalada, en recepción me indican que no estaba solicitada, tuve que mostrar el correo de confirmación y se demoraron una hora en armarla. La cuna estaba sucia con polvo manchada y en malas condiciones. La habilitación tenia mucha temperatura al llegar. La habitación tenía moho en el techo y borbujas de humedad en el techo. Para todo tengo foto y no volver a ir a ese hotel. El desayunos normal pero las personas que te reciben son un poco apáticas, no preguntan si necesitamos sillas para bebés, la que fui a buscar estaba sucia pedi que la limpiaran.
