− There was no microwave and refrigerator in the room, I couldn't hot up my food and have some cold water.
This hotel was very comfortable and convienent

− Escribí al alojamiento que me pusieran la habitación entre unas plantas del edificio y lo ignoraron, también que era el cumpleaños de una de las acompañantes ( normalmente te dejan en otros hoteles un feliz cumpleaños aunque sea escrito en un papel) Es algo insignificante, pero hubiese hecho la diferencia, en el trato como clienta
