We loved the experience
10.0centric, clean, the staff were very attentive, breakfast included is the best option to begin your day, coffee available all day, love the snack store with alcoholic beverages. Definitely needed after long days of walking NYC 😎

9.0La ubicación del hotel es super buena para acceder al metro y el desayuno muy bueno.
Wont come back again
3.0− The room is not ready by 3pm even thought the website said 3pm check in time. The floor of the room is dirty. The AC is super load. The breakfast is very limited. Some staff is nice but most of them I met is super slow.

− 他の口コミからわかってはいたけれど、部屋は狭い。鏡回りに物を置くスペースもない。WiFiがホテル専用ではなく、街の公衆Wi-Fiしか使えなかったので不便。（なぜかホテルスタッフはそのwifiしか紹介しなかった）
