Thanks to Violet and the management team, our second stay was completely turned around with a wonderful suite upgrade, E
9.0The hotel itself is good, the location is great, and the rooms were very nice and comfortable.
− The staff during our first stay were unfriendly and restaurant service was poor, with waiters avoiding us. The parking machine was also out of paper, leaving us stuck at the gate where someone tried to rob our car. However, management specifically Violet handled our feedback brilliantly for our second stay. They issued a sincere apology and generously upgraded us to a suite with Executive Lounge access, which went a long way in turning our experience around.

− Очень странное решение в номерах - нет никакой перегородки между местом с кроватью и туалетом, ванной. Для пары во время медового месяца отлично, но не для семьи.
