Wonderful Hotel
10.0Wonderful hotel and very accommodating to international travelers. Staff was very friendly, room was nice, lounge was comfortable, and the onsen was small but relaxing. Recommend staying here when in Hakuba.

6.0設備について エアコン等の冷暖房機器がなく、風量調整のみの空調だった為、部屋の温度調整ができず、夜も暑くて寝付けなかった。（10月初旬）フロントに連絡すると扇風機をかりることができた。 大浴場のドライヤーが１つしかない為、ドライヤー待ちになる。 売店の商品構成はあまり良くない。 ラウンジのドリンクが、有料でアルコール（生ビールと赤白ワイン）があるが、ワインの補充がされておらず、あっても飲めない。 コーヒーは有利だったが、サービスでも良いのではと思った。 食事について 朝、晩ともブッフェのみ。地元食材を使用したメニュー、地域特産のメニューもあり、味付けもしっかりされており、良かった。 アルコールも有料で有り、品揃えも良かった。 駐車スペースにある木の下に車を泊めると翌朝、樹液で車全体がベタベタになっていた。 スタッフの応対について 愛想の良い挨拶あり。こちらの質問に対して真摯に回答してもらえ、とても好印象だった。食事会場でも気の利いた声掛けをされていた。特に女性スタッフの対応は非常に良かった。 全体的に好印象です。 また行きたいと思えるホテルでした。
食事について
6.0夕食も朝食もビュッフェ形式につき、口コミを参考に夕食は頼まず。なお、同じ経営者の隣のレストランはコース料理のみ。従って、夕食は済ませてチェックインすべき。 朝食ビュッフェは宿泊者が少ないのかお客は少な目。内容的にはとても満足できます。
