4.0飯店處處藏污納垢，不見清洗，處處省錢的影子，很可惜，環境很好，品質卻差，真的不值得買那麼貴的價錢

8.0飯店有提供ㄧ泊5食服務，讓你從入住到退房都不會餓肚子！飯店有點年紀了，所以有些設備看起來都舊舊的，位在鹿野高臺附近，所以大部份的人都是去看熱氣球才選擇入住，建議平常可以在館內多辦一些活動，吸引客人

6.0對於主打溫泉的飯店，溫泉池卻不太乾淨，入住前與飯店人員溝通更換房型問題，跟當天給的答案有出入，反應了沒任何解釋及補救，辦理入住被怠慢，且給了一直有冷氣不冷問題的房間，中間處理是換房，浪費旅客時間，並沒任何解釋或致歉，房間打掃的很乾淨，房內就有溫泉彌補了大眾池的不足，腳踏車的管理員人非常友善親切，有來回接駁車可以使用，這部分十分貼心，大致上不推薦，過程中的危機處理方式需改進
