The room was clean and comfortable, but the frightening security incident ruined our stay and made us leave early.
1.0The room was clean, comfortable, and everything seemed well maintained when we first arrived. Check-in was easy, and the bed was comfortable.
− Our stay became very scary when a man repeatedly banged on our door late at night and kept trying to get into our room while my boyfriend and I were asleep. He also kept calling the room phone, which made us feel extremely unsafe. We called the police, but they never showed up, so we ended up leaving because we no longer felt safe staying there.

I had a pleasant stay and staff was great.

Avoid this place if possible. They should be removed from this platform.
1.0Nothing! I arrived in the morning after booking the room the night before. I got to the hotel about 8AM and I needed to take a shower for a job interview. When I arrived they told me I didn’t check in before midnight and they canceled my room at the time I arrived. They denied me access to the room and no refund. I’ve argued with them for 3 weeks and they are refusing to refund me.
− This place is a joke. They don’t respond to emails, they don’t understand the law and they refuse to refund me even tho they double booked my room and already were paid.
It was decent with no drama.
9.0If my personal home is cleaner than the motel that I paid for then it's a horrible place. This place is by no means luxurious but it's clean and decent. The staff are decent people too. Not rude.
