10.0梅田芸術劇場から近く、駅や商業施設も近かった。 コンビニもあり、とても便利。
Gute Lage, sauber, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal sowie großes, schönes und funktionales Zimmer
9.0Gute Lage und Anbindung. Eine U-Bahn-Station ist sehr nah. Der Hauptbahnhof ist auch nicht weit weg. Zwei Konbinis liegen direkt um die Ecke. Hotel und Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Personal war äußerst hilfsbereit. Das Einfrieren eines Kühlakkus für ein Medikament war kein Problem. Das Personal half uns auch dabei, ein Taxi für die Fahrt zum Bahnhof zu rufen. Mit 5 Koffern und 3 Rucksäcken brauchten wir 2 Taxis und auch die waren gut gefüllt. Das Personal hat mit den beiden Fahrern kommuniziert und genau mitgeteilt, wo wir am Bahnhof hinmussten. Wir kamen genau beim Gate zum Expresszug zum Flughafen an. Ein herzliches Dankeschön dafür! Das war nicht so einfach, aber das Personal hat uns super und freundlich geholfen. Das Zimmer war für drei Personen mit dem genannten Gepäck für Japan sehr groß. Es war kein Problem, die 5 großen Koffer auf dem Boden gleichzeitig zu öffnen. Wir hatten noch genug Platz zum Laufen. Der Schreibtisch war sehr groß und darunter gab es Schubladen und Fächer. Eine Garderobe mit Ablage war auch vorhanden. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden gerne wieder hier übernachten.
