Could be lovely but needs work.
7.0Lovely new entrance, plenty of parking. Spacious family room.
− Toilet wasn’t clean and smelt of urine. No one available to clean it. Had to go out and buy bleech and antibacterial wipes. Reception staff not particularly friendly or helpful.
