− La habitación estaba infestada de hormigas y el personal lejos de darnos una solución, tuvo un pésimo trato hacia nosotros. Nos indicó que era nuestra culpa por no haber observado eso cuando se entregó la habitación a mediodía. Nunca nos dieron solución y tuvimos que dormir lamentablemente en un cuarto en esas condiciones insalubres.

− Habitación lleno de hormigas, quería que me vaya a un hotel peligroso a las 11pm no quisieron devolverme ni reconocer parte del hotel
Regular. No esperen mucha amabilidad.
5.0Había buena iluminación natural y estaba fresco.
− Cuando llegue a hacer el chekin mi habitación no estaba lista, me hicieron esperar como 20 minutos. En la reserva se indicaba que la habitación incluía ventilador pero no había. Además no tenía control para la TV. El personal no supo o no quiso, darme una solución. Felizmente solo tuve q pasar una noche ahí.

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
