8.0The location is great! Clean and accommodating hosts, water and ice, beach chairs and coolers to loan. Breakfast? Yogurt and muffins. Fridge in our room. No pool but who cares? The Caribbean is steps away.
First trip to St. John, won’t be our last!
10.0Such a wonderful stay. Location is central to everything we wanted to do in St. John. Denise at the front desk was so knowledgeable and kind. All of the staff were top notch. Housekeeping kept our room immaculate.
Perfect Location and Super Friendly Staff
10.0I love this hotel. It's in the perfect location. Close to all the places to go out (woody's, truck bay, and water ferry's and water sports). The staff, especially the owner Denise are super friendly. They are helpful in finding the best places to go. Denise even gave us a ride to Trunk Bay, that was special. They also have a lot of toys and Beach stuff available for free (chairs, towels, snorkels, sunscreen, noodles). Extremely clean and the AC works great. We also loved the 2nd floor lounge area for drinks and simply hanging out and meeting new people. Also a short walk to the The Saint Restaurant. Perfect sunset view, and you can see St. Croix from there. Try the tuna or steak hot stone dish, you will love. We would definitely stay here again.

10.0Just got back from 2 night at Cruz Bay Boutique Hotel, and we already can't wait to return. We have visited St. John 20+ times, and can't believe how convenient, clean, accessible, and welcoming this hotel was. We didn't even make it to the ferry before checking their availability for the next time we're on the island! They were able to accommodate an early check in for us (we were transferring over from the Westin), and have all amenities you need for a perfect beach day including towels, chairs, coolers, floats, ICE!, and even a basket full of reef safe sunscreens. No jeep needed, you're right in the best part of Cruz Bay. You can tell the owners take pride in service and their hotel, and we can't wait to make this hotel part of our future memories.
