We loved the location and room comfort during our stay. Staff was great!

− It seemed pricey! Also our room location took some work to get to - through the dining room and kitchen, elevator, down some stairs. Kind of crazy.
Nice ambiance but poor room quality
3.0The staff and the location
− Room 3 smelt of sewage despite the best efforts of the staff to remediate. Room 15 that we were changed to had a very unsafe trap door in the ceiling that fell down and nearly knocked my husband out.

− All good but probably in future renovation lighten the colours - a lot of black - just a comment not a criticism
