10.0فندق رائع ،ونظيف ، قريب من شارع جامعة الدول العربية ونادي الزمالك . الموظفين جميعهم ودودين ومحترمين وخدومين ويشعرونك انك في بيتك. شكرا لهم جميعا خصوصا الاساتذة الاعزاء احمد ورامي وعمرو وصبري والسيدة زينب من قسم التنظيف . سكنت بالفندق عدة مرات وساكررها مرة اخرى بالتاكيد حال قدومي الى القاهرة
good but need improvement
8.0Location was good, breakfast was good , reception staffs were friendly the only thing that the quality of service need to be improved such as staff uniform and staff knowledge of customer service and relationships issues.

10.0Really a very nice hotel .. and excellent service .. I would like to thank Brother Ahmed El Sayed .. a good person and his service is excellent .. and always tries to help .. if you will stay in this hotel .. ask about him! I will return to this hotel again.
