8.0O ponto alto absoluto da nossa estadia, sem dúvida, foi a cordialidade impecável de toda a equipe. Fomos extremamente bem recebidos e tratados com excelência durante todos os dias. Destaco especialmente o brilhante trabalho da concierge Dahiana, que fez total diferença na nossa experiência, além do Chacho (na experiência de cavalgada) e do Juan (na aula de tênis), que foram fantásticos. O café da manhã também merece muitos elogios: a gastronomia é deliciosa e o atendimento da equipe durante a refeição foi verdadeiramente exemplar e perfeito.
− Para o altíssimo padrão que o hotel propõe, a infraestrutura e a operação precisam de revisões. O salão do café da manhã é apertado, com mesas muito próximas umas das outras. O hotel carece de mais áreas comuns que separem os perfis de hóspedes (um ambiente silencioso para leitura não deveria se misturar com pessoas assistindo a jogos na TV) além disso, fomos apresentados ao hotel apenas por um mapa no check-in. O ponto mais crítico, contudo, foi o check-out. Saímos às 7h30 da manhã e não havia manobrista ou mensageiro disponível. Tive que buscar o veículo no estacionamento e carregar as malas sozinho, uma falha logística inadmissível para essa categoria de hotelaria.

O restaurante Fasano não funciona todos os dias, foi um dos poucos detalhes do hotel que não pudemos conhecer, mas o restaurante/bar da sede principal atende muitíssimo bem. A pizza campo é perfeita! Café da manha delicioso e com bastante variedade. Recomendo muito a experiência.
