10.0Het hotel is fantastisch. De architectuur is prachtig en de kamers zijn stijlvol ingericht met zorgvuldig afgestemd meubilair. De ontvangst was bijzonder warm en hartelijk. Dankzij de app is alle informatie eenvoudig toegankelijk en verloopt de communicatie zeer duidelijk. De kamers zijn mooi, verzorgd en netjes. De bedden bieden uitstekend comfort. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. We werden werkelijk op onze wenken bediend. Het eten is vers, gevarieerd en overheerlijk, met voor ieder wat wils. Kortom: een tophotel met topmedewerkers. Een absolute aanrader!

8.0Het hotel en de kamers zijn prachtig!
− De bediening is nogal traag. Soms zaten we al meer dan een half uur aan tafel voordat iemand drank kwam opnemen. Op een cocktail aan de pool bar kon je makkelijk 15 minuten wachten. Wij waren hier ook met een groep van 8 maar we mochten in het begin maar per 4 personen aan tafel…
Fantastisch verblijf waar je goed tot rust kunt komen en je je geen zorgen hoeft te maken over lekker eten
9.0Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten was super lekker met ook keuze uit voldoende gezonde opties. Echt beter dan verwacht. Elke dag weer iets nieuws op de lunch- en avondbuffet aanwezig. Ook de cocktails waren bijzonder lekker. Verder heeft het hotel een zeer nette moderne uitstraling.
− Weinig dat niet beviel. Wel zagen we dat er op sommige dagen de ligbedden snel vol lagen en er dan eigenlijk net te weinig bedden zijn (in de zon) voor de hoeveelheid mensen in het hotel. Verder zit de aanvliegroute van de luchthaven over de hele kust heen. Voor ons geen issue, maar je zou er aan kunnen storen (iets wat wellicht opgelost zou kunnen zijn met de nieuwe luchthaven die in de aanbouw is)

8.0* Comfortable beds * Beautiful design all over- rooms and hotel * Good quality alcohol, especially the cocktails were amazing * Such fantastic service by all the staff, who smile and offer assistance all the time! Special thanks to Lia at the reception: made our arrival so welcoming, helped with transferring us to another room per our request, and encouraged us to stay at the hotel after check out while waiting for our flight! * Food was super varied EVERY MEAL * Hotel quite small, not imposing, which we liked
− * pool not heated and water is cold, which esentially makes it that hardly anyone ever enters it * Not nearly enough beds in the pools area - highly recommended to reserve a poolside room, so that you have guaranteed beds and slightly more secluded... We ended up switching rooms to one of those because of that. * Due to the area's proximity to Heraklion airport, you hear airplanes over your head often
