10.0- Very friendly and helpful staff - Supermarkets nearby - Bus stops and metro - Really nice breakfast - Everyday cleaning
− - The pillow was like a brick, unfortunately - No power socket near the bed - There was a small window just below the ceiling
Room did not match the photos and overall experience was unacceptable
1.0In my opinion, this was a classic bait-and-switch experience. The photographs advertised online did not accurately reflect the room provided upon arrival. Furthermore, communication with staff was difficult because English was not spoken adequately by those available to assist. The discrepancy between the listing and the actual accommodation was substantial. I recommend that prospective guests review recent independent reviews carefully before making a booking.
− washroom was clean
Guest review
10.0Everything was excellent, I really liked it all, and the location is good.
It was an enjoyable stay.
8.0They were excellent.
